Creating a report on Milestone due date movement from baseline

Hi we need to be able to pull a report on how many days each milestone may have moved from it's original baseline shown in the Project Planning Console for multiple projects across our portfolio and we need to do this each month.

I'm trying to avoid asking our projects to manually baseline each month or automate baselining across all projects as some projects move in and out of the portfolio dependant on value and complexity.

Can this be done using Performance/Platform Analytics without the need for monthly baselining?  Also can PA do the calculation for how many days the milestone has slipped?
