I am doing PA micro certification in ServiceNow.

On the Incident Overview Page, I need to do the following: 

Modify and Share Dashboard 

1. Set the Incident Management dashboard owner to Beth Anglin. 
2. Click into the Open incidents widget on the Incident Overview tab to open the Analytics Hub.
3. Create a new global target at 180 with a start date of approximately 3 months ago. 
4. Return to the dashboard and modify the Open incidents widget as follows:
   
   • Enable Show target in the Display Settings section.
5. Verify that the dashboard displays the new Target as shown:

I am now stuck at the 3rd point. Not sure how to do that.
