Hello Madhu, 

Unless and until you are in an organization which is  a partner you will not get access to the saba self paced trainings for free , you need to pay for it and then get a voucher and pdf where after completely reading pdf you need to use the voucher code on web assessor to give the exam. Recently this process came into picture. 

When i gave my CSA, It was like 9000/- INR and i used to book a slot  which i can use for exam.
