I was performing "Assessment Simulator Task 3: Create a record and post a comment" in Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow [Japanese]. Even though I entered the correct values based on the "Incident Details" description, the error "Did You add and post comment?" was displayed and it was not successful.
I checked the previous article. I was advised to move on to the next task 4, but task 4 is locked and I cannot proceed.
