Regarding Servicenow csa certification suspension

"Dear servicenow community,

I'm writing to request a review of my exam suspension due to alleged proctoring issues. Despite following guidelines, my exam was suspended. I'd appreciate it if you could review the video footage again and provide specific details about the alleged infractions. from my side there is no issue you can check the video completely, I left with 13 or 12 questions.please try to reconsider it and reschedule the exam.
