Are you seeing the Credly icon on your ITSM accreditation you have received earlier? If Yes, check if on Credly Account settings under Organizations tab you have the Auto Accept new badges option enabled for ServiceNow. Also double check on your ServiceNow University Profile to see if Credly certifications option has been Enabled.
