Hi @Mahmoud3

The CSA exam will be on the Yokohama release. If you’ve prepared on a lower version, there’s nothing to worry about. From experience, only 2–4 questions may differ, so the key is to master the basics, as that’s what really matters.

For the CSA or any mainline exam, the training provided by ServiceNow—specifically the official eBook and Now Learning modules—is the best and most reliable source of truth. Completing the CSA training fully is something I strongly recommend as a ServiceNow trainer.

A Few Tips for CSA (Certified System Administrator):

  • Go through the training line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.

  • Do all the labs 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them—read and understand the reasoning behind each step.

  • Follow the official eBook thoroughly, again 2–3 times, to reinforce key concepts.

  • If you get stuck or need additional guidance, you can watch my video sharing my CSA experience.

All the best on your CSA journey! Let me know if I can help in any way
