My Suggestion was  - Go for CSA certification  as  from my experience , I have seen, most of the ServiceNow Project looks for at least CSA certified resource.

• Obtain Certification: The Certified System Administrator (CSA) is the most sought-after prerequisite for other ServiceNow certifications.  Complete  course : ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals prior to do certification.

If you have interest in coding ,

1. First complete Application Development Fundamentals On Demand 
2. Check the syllabus from Certified Application Developer (CAD) Exam Blueprint

If you want to see you self as ITSM specialist ,

• Build Technical Foundations: Focus on mastering ITSM (IT Service Management) processes, including incident, problem, and change management. Complete course : IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals 

Also you can think of Business Analyst  ,Quality Analyst  role which  might have functional or Techo-funcation knowledge.

You have to decide , which career path you want to choose, based on that further we can help.

Before that complete your CSA.
