Just visit servicenow university , scroll down home page then you can see My acheivements section and click on view all then you can see all certifictaions then click on three dot above certification tab then there is option for view and download .

- Log in to ServiceNow University.
- Navigate to My Learning in the header navigation.
- Click on the My Achievements tab or widget.
- Find the Certification: Look under the Mainline certifications tab to find the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM).
- Use 3-Dot Menu: Select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon next to the certificate.
- View: Displays the certificate (Note: Pearson VUE exams may not display a certificate number directly in the viewer).
- Download: Allows you to download the certificate to your device.
- Share/Credly: You can also manage your digital badge here to verify authenticity
