How to check or download the Certificate.

Hi Team,

I have completed the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM)) certification. But I don't know how to check/view/download the certificate. But I can view the Credly badge but don't know where to find certificate with name and course name.

I am using my organization account for completing this certification.

I request someone to guide me how to download it.

Hey @gvsivasaivi,

Congrats on clearing CIS-DF!

You can find your certificate in ServiceNow University.

• Open this link: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard/params/scrollto/achievements
• Scroll down to the My Achievements section.
• You will see all your certifications listed there. Just click the three dots on the certification tile and you will get the option to View or Download the certificate as a PDF.

1. Log in to ServiceNow University.
2. Navigate to My Learning in the header navigation.
3. Click on the My Achievements tab or widget.
4. Find the Certification: Look under the Mainline certifications tab to find the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM).
5. Use 3-Dot Menu: Select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon next to the certificate.
   • View: Displays the certificate (Note: Pearson VUE exams may not display a certificate number directly in the viewer).
   • Download: Allows you to download the certificate to your device.
   • Share/Credly: You can also manage your digital badge here to verify authenticity
