I am understanding the concepts very well.

i just planned of using DISTRIBUTION COST.

I created a  

1.CONTRACT RATE CARD

2.added the USERS COVERED

3.In DISTRIBUTION COST ,when i click on it.I get nothing

is it this any permission issues ?
