Yes. i have tried using the type of "list collector" , but we need to get the application's name in Flow Designer, the type of "list collector" is unable to retrieve the application's name. Are there any other suggestions? Thanks a lot

Could you please give me the flow screenshot so that I can figure out what's the issue because list collector works for the multiple values you need to iterate over there

You can change the type from reference to List collector in order to support multiple selections.
