Hello @D-a-n_L ,

You could also achieve that using regular reports. The time between "Opened" and "Resolved" is tracked in the "Duration" [calendar_duration] field of the Incident. So you could create a Time Series report (e.g. Barchart) on the Incident table and configure it as shown below:
