Hello everyone,
I have several catalogs available to external users. We use user criteria that we place in the "Available For" related list.
I know that ServiceNow natively places the "External SNC" user Criteria in the "Not Available For" related list. We manually remove this.
We put our catalog in an update set, in Customer Update we see that the "Available For" catalog item is correctly configured and there is no data for the "Not Available For" catalog item.
When we run this update set on another instance, the catalog is created with both criteria: the User Criteria associated with "Available For" are correctly configured, and... the external SNC is again present in "Not Available For."
Is there a way to automatically disable this criterion when we have User Criteria to populate (without having to manually edit each catalog) ?
