I would disagree with that claim as there is dedicated category ServiceNow Jobs and posting jobs offers in relevant SNUGs is also happening quite often... I don't think it works but it's up to another discussion 😄

@Confessor_Flex from what I've seen here it doesn't seem that this Community would be effective way how to find talents for your projects, not saying it's impossible but less likely than LinkedIn for example.
