What are those exciting enhancements and new capabilities you might ask?
Field Service Management highlights for the Quebec release:
- Use the Dispatcher Workspace configurable scheduling application for dispatchers to dispatch work orders tasks to agents.
- Use Field Service Capacity and Reservations Management to help allocate work order tasks to the available resources based on the defined work capacity of an agent or a group.
- Use Now® Mobile offline enhancements to view knowledge articles and questionnaires.
