Flow Designer - create group

Create "Create Group" Catalog Item
Which should not trigger "Request" and "Requested Item"
It should directly create record in "Groups" table.

Can anyone guide on this..

Instead of catalog item, you can create a record producer which is similar to catalog item with variables. The submission of record producer will create a record directly in the selected table.
