Digital Resilience - "Third-party Information Register" option not showing in Excel download/upload

Hello Community,

I am currently working with the Digital Resilience application in ServiceNow and noticed that the “Third-party Information Register” option does not appear in the Excel download/upload request type list.

From what I understand, this option should be available after creating a legal Entity and connected it to the other parts like Functions, Contract etc.  but in my instance it is missing.

My questions are:

• What are the requirements to enable the Third-party Information Register  download option?

• Is there a specific plugin, module, or role that needs to be activated?

• Could this be related to licensing, UI configuration, or platform version (we are on  “Xanadu”)?

Has anyone successfully configured or enabled this option, and if so, what steps are needed to make it appear?
