Having an assessment and approval flow on the assessment when creating new business application?

Hi Experts,

The story is that we need to:

1. Trigger an Onboarding assessment (*not risk assessment but more prior like a normal assessment) to be filled by the Application Owner when a new Business Application is created in the 'cmdb_ci_business_app' table.
2. Once assessment submitted, the assessment needs to be reviewed and get approval (e.g., approve/reject) from the Technology team.
3. If approved, the Business Application status will change. Else, reopen the submitted assessment.

Is there any new or existing OOTB functionality that can fulfil the requirements above?
