Hi @Nandhini Sri , I'm confused about this ask. "Add questionnaire template into assessment instance".  Questionnaire templates don't automatically turn into assessment instances except for certain scenarios. What scenario are you looking to solve? Please clarify.

Are you looking to add questionnaire templates to existing VRA that have been submitted?
