Can anyone explain what are the impact that we can observe in Risk/risk statement when the issue is created against a Risk/risk statement in all state of issue for example
If the issue is created against risk record, what are the changes we can see in risk record when issue record state change from New to Analyze, Respond, Review and close complete.

Hello,
The following might help you to start with:
Risks are influenced by Issues and the potential impacts can be as follows
1. Issue in New - No effect on Risk.
2. Issue in Analyze - updates like Risk Score being reviewed or adjusted based on issue's severity. Any changes in the issue’s details, such as the root cause or mitigation plan, could impact the Likelihood or Impact rating in the risk record.
3. Issue in Respond - here as mitigation or response actions are defined - Risk Treatment plan or status might be updated in the risk record. Also changes like Risk severity might take place.
4. Issue in Review - Residual risk may be recalculated based on the outcome of the issue resolution. The risk treatment and controls might be marked as completed or modified, and this phase may also prompt an audit or review of the entire risk record.
5. Issue in Close Complete - Risk record updated to closure. If exists, risk treatment marked as complete, and the Residual risk score may be finalized.
If there are customisations exist in your instance, the above transitions differ.
