Our SNUG event was a blast!

The latest SNUG Greece & Cyprus event is officially in the books, and I think we can safely say that 3 hours were not enough.

The funny part?
We actually had programmed breaks.
Nobody wanted them. 😂

The conversations kept going, the questions kept coming, and somehow every time we thought “OK, let’s move to the next session”, someone had another question or another point to discuss.

And that’s exactly what makes these ServiceNow Community events special.

We had an excellent panel discussion with Michaela Kourtidou from Schwarz Gruppe and Theocharis Rassias from Ethniki Asfalistiki - Piraeus Group, exploring the connection between one of Europe's biggest retail organizations with the ServiceNow ecosystem, with some really interesting perspectives on enterprise transformation and ServiceNow.

We also had Alex Timis from Haufe Group sharing a fascinating customer case around Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), a great example of how ServiceNow can be applied to solve real workplace challenges.

And then we had Alan Paris bringing an incredible level of depth to the conversation around AI, Agentic AI and what it actually takes to implement it in complex organizations.

Three very different themes.

One common ground:
How do we move from talking about transformation to actually making it happen?

And judging by the questions, discussions and the fact that nobody seemed particularly interested in stopping after three hours… there is clearly a lot more to talk about.
