User with Read only access

Hi 

If someone has ITIL role and I add snc_read_only role with it, then the user cannnot create/update/delete any table data or is there any issue with this role?

ahoy @prakharmahe,

that is correct, once you have snc_read_only, it is then read-only regardless the other roles... also, having the RO will enforce the RO even while impersonating.
