Very excited to see our Halifax SNUG is established on the community portal. We hope this is a connected virtual community to collaborate ideas, share stories, compare journeys and brainstorm tactics to solve many common business/IT problems. We(you) are not alone 🙂

There will be regular meet-ups for our SNUG... very exciting day and thanks ServiceNow for offering this innovation space for many NOW champions in east coast Atlantic Canada! Stay tuned, more to come...

Hi all!    Glad to see this is available.   We are still enjoying some growing pains following our implementation in the spring and I am sure we will have lots of things where we will benefit from the input ad experiences of this community.    We think the platform is great but there is just so much to know!   🙂

Just joined this SNUG as we will soon be implementing ServiceNow at Atlantic Lottery.  My colleague (who I'm sure will be joining this SNUG soon) and I are responsible for ITIL Processes and ITSM Administration (currently Cherwell).  I also own the Change Management Process and he owns Configuration Management.

We were both involved in an active Cherwell UG that met quarterly (prior to Covid) to share best practices and amazing development ideas - it was a very productive group and we learned a great deal from each other.  Hoping this group will be just as productive.

Looking forward to joining events in the very near future!

Exciting and welcome Gino!  Over the past 18 months, we had a couple of virtual SNUG events. I'm hopeful to have something soon for another event.

Just joined SNUG Halifax today. As my colleague Gino already mentioned in his previous post, we will soon be implementing ServiceNow at Atlantic Lottery. We are responsible for ITIL Processes and ITSM Administration within our currently platform (Cherwell), I own the Configuration Management process while he owns Change Management.
