ServiceNow Support/Usage in Mainland China

Hi everyone,

As a tech company based in Shanghai, China, we would like to use ServiceNow, but since there is no official support in the mainland, we are stuck in this decision. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on this?

Hi Onur,

Exactly, that there is no official support in the China mainland. I am one guy in a tech company of China DaLian, and our company for now is focus on ServiceNow as well, through the ServiceNow official website to learn the relevant trainings. Through this way you could cultivate lots of different kinds of ServiceNow talents. To be honest I am not sure how to cooperate with ServiceNow official and get their support. Maybe you could raise incident or something like that then get their support. I think you will get their support if you buy ServiceNow relevant products maybe, I am not sure. But I think except official support, I think the most important thing is ServiceNow talents. Just for your reference. 2 You can also consultant servicenow company for this.

I tried to get official support but I cannot reach out to the ServiceNow HK office. There is only an official office address on the website and that's all I could find. If you have any suggestions to reach them it's more than welcome.
