ServiceNow Support/Usage in Mainland China

As a tech company based in Shanghai, China, we would like to use ServiceNow, but since there is no official support in the mainland, we are stuck in this decision. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on this?

Hi Eddy, thanks for the detailed answer. I am a bit concerned about the SaaS model's response time in China mainland since we have some firewall issues in here. The customers in mainland China uses the on-prem model or SaaS model in general?
