• If you have been approved to attend — you have received a confirmation email and calendar invite. Please use the details in this post to prepare for a smooth arrival on Wednesday.
• If we were unable to accommodate you — we are truly sorry. Due to strict capacity limitations and security requirements at Phillips 66, we were not able to approve every registration. We hope you'll continue to stay active in this community — we have exciting events ahead and want to make sure you're among the first to know.

Safety Video

You will receive an automated confirmation email from Phillips 66 with a link to a required safety video. Please watch it before arriving — it will speed up your check-in experience.

Check-In

All visitors check in at the main lobby security desk on the 1st floor. Please have a valid US-issued photo ID or passport ready — the name on your ID must match your registration name exactly.

A Phillips 66 or ServiceNow team member will escort you to the Learning Center (Rooms P200 & P201). Stop by the ServiceNow and RapDev table just outside the room to grab some swag before you take a seat!

Please make sure your laptop is fully charged before arriving.

Parking & Exit

Visitor parking may overflow due to the number of external attendees. Guests may park in the employee lot in any non-marked space and are encouraged to park on Level 5 or higher.

Once parked:

1. Take the garage elevator down to Level 1
2. Enter through the main lobby
3. Proceed to the security desk to check in

Exit:

The visitor gate closes at 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, guests may exit via the North Garage exit — signage will guide you. Tara will make an announcement 15 minutes before gate closing. If using a rideshare service, please plan accordingly and allow extra time.
