Houston SNUG + Pre-SNUG Workshop

Hello Community,

I received an email confirming my registration to attend the Houston SNUG event on June 10th at the Phillips 66 Headquarters. Along with the confirmation, I also received an attachment containing a link to complete the visitor orientation.

At first, I was a bit concerned because the email looked like it could be a phishing attempt. When I clicked the link to complete the training, the page showed as not secure, which increased my concern.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know whether this is expected for the visitor orientation link?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Best Regards,

Shakirat Odin

Hi Shakirat,

Yes,  there is a security video being sent out from Phillips 66 to those that are approved to attend on-site. The email comes from P66MainReceptionHouston@p66.com. There is a 3 minute Visitor Orientation video being sent out. The video worked for me when I marked it as a safe link in my firewall.

Hello! I registered a while back and this question reminded me that I did not receive a confirmation. How can I find out if I'm registered and get the confirmation email and the instructions from Phillips?

I also experienced the same and I emailed 'tara.sringari@servicenow.com' on Friday but haven't received a response yet.

And she just replied!!
