This individual's primary responsibility is to provide support for NRG's Service Now Application but will also be involved in support of other Custom Corporate Applications. He/she will have the necessary skills to work with cross departmental teams to solve complex requirements while maintaining systems integrity. The Developer will support and perform day to day system maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should come from an IT background or recently completed a bachelors/master's degree in Computer Science or MIS and has strong interest in becoming an IT professional. Experience or prior training in Service Now design and configuration is an advantage.
