When we talk about Configurable workspaces, lots of things has been enhanced specially after the introduction of Next Experience. With Utah Upgrade, we have seen a great Feature called " UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" Application , which can be used to configure Hr agent workspace.
If you don't have it, no worries, you can still use UI Builder directly and Select "HR Agent Workspace" from the Experiences.
Now, If i want to Set up filtered lists in a HR Agent workspace, then Follow the below Steps, but before performing anything make sure you are in the Correct Application scope which is "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" :
1. Navigate to All> UI Builder/UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR case Management:
2. If you are using " UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management", it would directly take you yo the HR Agent Workspace to configure, if you are using UI Builder, then Search for "HR Agent Workspace" from the experiences, like below:
3. Once your experience has opened, Select "LIST(List Default):
4. Now, Click on "LIST NAV" under "Left"
5. Now you'll see the Config panel for the component, At the bottom of the Config panel for the list component there are three links to configure the workspace list, Click on "Configuration" link :
6. Once, you click on "Configuration" , you will be redirected to "UX List Menu Configurations", from this list Select " Agent Workspace for HR Case Management List menu config:
7. Now, for example, i want to create a Filtered list, which should come under "All HR cases" , so from "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management List Menu Config" page, i will select "All HR cases" from the tab "UX List Categories":
Note: If you want to Create a New List Category, then Click on "New" from the tab "UX List Categories"
8. Click on "NEW" from "UX Lists" to create a New Filtered list:
9. Click Submit
Example for "Assigned to me" List with the conditions:

Hi,
The information you have provided is great. My challenge is that I can see the new List items as Administrator, but when I impersonal a HR user/advisor, the new items I created are not available for them in the HR Agent Workspace.
Appreciate your thoughts

@Lisa Butcher Have you found the solution?
I am facing the same issue, only as an admin I can view the newly created lists and list categories.
I tried checking for access rules and criteria but there is nothing specifying this category is admin only.
