Hi @Sandeep Dutta,

I am setting up docusign integration with ServiceNow to send document from ServiceNow to Docusign for signature. I successfully obtain the JWT and oauth tokens and on the 'get account' step I retrieve the account successfully.

I am using html document templates, but when I try to trigger the signature task from the case, the task does not get generated and an unsigned letter gets attached to the case. The 'Get Recipients' action on OOB flow ' DT Docusign- Integration Flow' does not fetch the recipient.

Please advise what could be the issue

Hi @Community Alums,

You are using a PDF Template now. My current requirement is that I have a word document with some dynamic data filled from SN and sent to Docusign for the customer to check and sign. How should I deal with this situation? I am looking forward to your reply.

Hi @Community Alums,

We have to do docusign integration with custom table that is not under HR application. Could you help on how to set up template integration in case of new custom application. Basically I need help on how system identifies fields to be mapped based on template ID we are receiving.

if you have information that would be helpful.

Thanks,

Ruhee

Hi @Community Alums,

You answered "No" when Rahul Dev asked if it needs DocuSign spoke to be activated.  However, the Connection alias you chose was sn_docusign_spoke.DocuSign.

Can you kindly confirm please?  Will this choice be available if you don't have DocuSign? Reason I asked is we used to have the IntegrationHub subscriptions but we didn't renew it.  I am exploring ways to connect without the Spoke.

Thank you.
