Follow these steps to add an additional Knowledge Base to the HR Agent Workspace
Navigate to Contextual Search > Table Configuration.
Open the configuration for the specific table, defined for Workspace (ie, HR Case sn_hr_core_case).
Drill into the Search context [cxs_context_config] (ie, HR Knowledge Base Search)
From the Search context, drill into the Resource Configurations [cxs_res_context_config] (ie, knowledge), and under the Resource Configurations drill into the Search Resource Context Properties Condition.
In the Search Resource Context Property Condition [cxs_res_context_config_prop], add the additional Knowledge Base's sys_id, separated by ^OR
