The SAP SuccessFactors integration connects ServiceNow to your SuccessFactors system in real time. It synchronizes employee data, organizational structure, and tasks from SuccessFactors into ServiceNow, enabling unified HR operations and employee self-service. When an employee needs to take action, i.e. request time off, check their paycheck, information flows seamlessly from SuccessFactors into ServiceNow. Requests and updates sync back and forth automatically. These integrations work through the Employee Center (self-service portal), Virtual Agent (conversational interface), or both, depending on your configuration.
