Hi there, I have a question that I don't see covered in the guide. We have some Alumni users getting locked out and it's unclear whether to exceeding login attempts or a result of the OOTB BR "Lock Out Inactive Users". What is confusing is if we take a look at the users Alumni record, then locked out is false. But if we look at their internal user record, locked out is true. If an alumni user has a corresponding user record where locked out is true, are they still blocked from accessing Alumni Center?
