Knowledge 2022 - New York City and The Hague Recap Blog
Last week we finally returned to our long awaited, in-person Knowledge events after two years! Staying true to our hybrid environment, ServiceNow brought Knowledge directly to YOU! We kicked off our annual user conference in New York City, NY and The Hague, Netherlands on May 11-12th and we’ll continue the excitement in Las Vegas, NV and Sydney, Australia on May 25-26th.
Attendees were so excited to be back and the energy was through the roof! After two years of largely remote work, the experience of being together with customers, fellow teammates, and partners – many of whom I’ve only met virtually – was incredibly special.
Special shoutout to some of our amazing Employee Experience customers and speakers – Paramount showcased their modern, employee experience platform, S&P Global talked about their streamlined HR services journey, Mercedes-Benz shared their intelligent, omni-channel portal experience, and Volvo discussed how they’ll be supporting their upcoming HCM rollout with HRSD. Others like PepsiCo, Ryder System, Danske Bank, NBA, CommonSpirit Health, City of Copenhagen and more also took the stage to share their ground-breaking journeys on how they’re reimagining work with ServiceNow. Without our incredible champions and user community, we would not be able to have such an incredible event.
While flexible work certainly has its perks, it’s great to be back and hitting the ground running with the entire ServiceNow community. If you’re not able to attend in-person this year – no sweat!
