ACL Not Working

Hello Everyone,
Earlier, we had created a few ACLs in both Dev and Prod environments to ensure that users can only view the tickets of the groups they are a part of.
However, while testing the scenario, we noticed that users are able to see tickets from all groups, even if they are not members of those groups.
I’m attaching the screenshots of the ACLs for reference , where filter condition is : Assignment group - is one my group

tried but when but this preventing the inbound action to change the state of case

Hi @mdshahvez11 ,
combine the 1st and 2nd ACL conditions into one ACL with an OR condition and
Make the ACL Deny Unless by Changing the Decision type to Deny Unless

what debugging did you do?
Is that multiple group field a reference or list type?

we have two field assignment group and multiple assignment group if the user is part of any group then he should be able to access that ticket
