I want to add the approve/reject button in the awaiting acceptance email notification to the "opened by " user for the case. Once the "opened by" user select approve should trigger mail with: I accept the Solution (User can input his own body message. Once the "opened by" user select reject should trigger mail with: I reject the Solution (User can input his own body). And Based on the reply ticket moves to either Closed Complete (for solution accepted) or Work in Progress (for solution rejected).
Issue: Mail to functionality defaults to Outlook but we use google workspace. how to make the reply email defaults to gmails for all the case by defualts and clicking the button should send the update the case state. Please share how this can be achieved.
