Agent Workspace to view additional deatils(variable details ) after the case is closed complete

I got a request from a user where he/she needs to view the additional details- the variable details of particular HR service after the case is closed complete.
Normally we can view that if the case is active.

But if the case is closed its not viewable.
Any suggestion to make it viewable?

Hi @PrinceN13472055,

Where is the employee viewing the HR Case from? The Employee Center? If so, out of the box the Description field displays on the HR Case when Active and Inactive. Out of the box this Description field holds the variables (questions and answers).
