Allow watchlist users to read HR case within Employee Center hrm_ticket_page

Hello - is it possible to allow a user who is on the watchlist of an HR case to also be able to view the cases details via the hrm_ticket page in Employee Center? Currently, if a watchlist user tries to view case details in Employee Center, they'll get the hrm_ticket page, but can only read the short description of the case, they can't view the activity stream or any other case details. Opened by & for can view full case details.

You should add the "watchlist is(dynamic) Me" condition on the full description tab of the ticket_tab_configuration visibility
