Hi, go to Lifecycle events -> Administration -> Manage Lifecycle Events.
Select "New Hire Onboarding (Demo)"
Click on the tab "Activity Sets" in the top left.
In the second column called Pre-Boarding, there is an Activity called Software Setup, that's where it is.
To trigger such a case, go to your Employee Center and search for the catalog item name (New Hire Onboarding (Demo)) and submit it. The activities in that second column trigger after the activities in the first column.
Happy learning!

Hi @eyalabuhame,
Order guide is just a form, you can provide link to a user to be filled and if you want it to trigger via button like "New Hire" you can create a UI action for this.
If you find my response helpful, mark it as helpful and accepted solution.
Regards,
Maham Tahir.

Hi @eyalabuhame
An Order Guide is a tool that allows multiple catalog items to be grouped into a single request, which then creates multiple Requested Items (RITMs).
RITMs are linked within the Order Guide using rule-based mapping.
If you navigate to “Maintain Items” and search for a specific catalog item, you’ll find that either a Workflow (legacy) or a Flow is associated with it.
Approvals and fulfillment processes are configured within that respective Flow or Workflow.
So if any modification is required, Check it is for which Catalog item -> navigate to correposnding Flow/Workflow

Hi @eyalabuhame
I think it follows the service catalog request flow , the trigger is the record created in sc_request table
Thanks,
Poonkodi
