HRSD rollout in Vietnam/Indonesia – language support question

Hi Community,

 

We’re looking at rolling out HRSD in Vietnam and Indonesia, but I don’t see Vietnamese or Indonesian listed as supported out-of-the-box languages.

 

Has anyone dealt with this before? Curious what approach you took and how well it worked in practice.

 

Also wondering if anyone knows whether Vietnamese or Indonesian language support is on the ServiceNow roadmap for future releases.

 

Would really appreciate hearing what others have done. Thanks!

Hi @mshakeshaft ,

Vietnamese and Indonesian are not supported out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) as ServiceNow Language Packs for HRSD today.
However, customers successfully deploy HRSD in these countries by using a combination of custom translations, Dynamic Translation, and Localization Workspace.

At this time, there is no publicly confirmed roadmap announcing Vietnamese or Indonesian as future OOB language packs.
