Attachment mandatirt

I want to stop submitting HR task if there is no attachment. It is not working on HR Agent WorkSpace.

I have written Before Business Rule to check in the PDI, it is working. In my dev instance it is not working.

Note: All HR Task are getting trigger by play book.

If it is a before insert , it should work .

Please share your code .

Did you put gs.log and check whether BR is getting trigger or not.
