Does workspace support pre-upload preview of the attachment?

Files such as PDFs, xlsx do have preview after attaching them on to the case.

Does files that are just selected can have a preview before uploading on the case. Can see it in the below image, the pdf is just selected and yet to attach on the case saying no preview available. Is it OOB functionality? If this can be achieved, any guidance please.

Hello @Vijay Anusuri

I believe as of today only images have previews when uploading them as an attachment in SOW. My recommendation would be to create a HI Case and get it validated with ServiceNow.

Hope that helps!
