Bring multiple column values into reference field

Hi,

I have a requirement where we have a new team field on an intake form which is a reference field. This field is being referred to HR Profile table and the user wants that it when clicked on this field for making a selection  they should be able to select options from SMC 1-10 columns from the hr profile table.

Is it possible to achieve? If yes, how it can be done?

No, Reference field and List collectors will only show the display value of the table. It cannot show any other field OOB or with customisation.

If this is a catalog item you can use lookup selectbox.

I think it is not possible because reference field in servceNow display record from single table only in your case HR Profile.
