can not change password for user with a scoped HR role.,how to fix this issue? thanks in advance.

we get following error when user try to change password.
the scope human resource 'core' has scoped administration enabled and this user has protected roles but you are not an administrator of the scope.
what i should do to fix this?

Hi Sachin,
The issue is the admin can change the password in the user record, but the checkbox "Password needs reset" not working.
Also, the normal user can not change the password by themself.
Can you give more step by step & where is the place I should check & modification?

I'm having the same issue. Sachin's suggestion is related to administrators changing users' passwords but not users changing their own passwords.
