Can you migrate custom fields in cases from old UI to new Agent Workspace

I have a customer using the old UI for HR case management.  They have created 100's of custom fields on the different case forms.  Is there a way to migrate those custom fields to the Agent Workspace case forms or would they have to add them manually?

 

Any insight or guidance is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

If you are referring to having the native view fields in workspace,

Go to form layout, go to workspace view and add all the custom fields.

They have 100's of custom fields on their case forms.  They will not move to the new Agent Workspace unless those custom fields migrate automatically.

Its not automatic. You have to update the workspace view to include these fields.

I think you have to change the view to workspace in the old UI and then update that view. Once done it should show the custom field in Agent Workspace.
