CIS-HRSD paid the course and I need to pay for the voucher?

Hello, 

I registered myself the CIS-HRSD and I paid for  - Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation On Demand and now to claim the voucher I need to pay the same amount again?

if you paid for the class, you should receive your voucher in your mailbox or you can find it here:

Next to your picture there is "Voucher" which you can click on.

I paid for the class, and I have the voucher but I need to pay to have access to the voucher number, however, as I explained I already paid for the course.

You have paid for On Demand Course which wont qualify for free voucher. You get voucher if you had taken Instructor Led Course.

ok, but that means that we need to pay always 2 times to have access to the voucher? The course  value + voucher value ?

Yes you need to pay seperately for voucher if you have bought/enrolled in On Demand Course.

If you are using work id for ServiceNow University and you have access to Partner Portal, you dont need to pay for voucher.
