Clarification on Scheduled Jobs for Campaign To-Do Assignments After RePublish

Hello!

I’m working with Campaigns in ServiceNow and need clarification on which scheduled jobs must run for a previously published campaign to successfully assign To-Dos to newly defined users.

Here’s what I’ve observed so far:

  • The campaign was published previously and later edited to add another bundle/stage and additional audience criteria (including a refined audience).
  • After publishing, the campaign state cycles quickly from Targeting Audience → Adding non-portal Content → Delivering Content, and eventually updates to Published.
  • Campaign Targets appear some time later, and To-Dos are assigned within the following hour.
  • All scheduled jobs starting with Content Experiences repeat hourly, except Add non-portal Content and Deactivate Campaign Users, which repeat every 4 hours.
    • Example: Three campaigns were edited last night and published around 11:30 PM, each bundle/stage having a fixed start time of 12/01/2025 00:00:00 and should have assigned three To-Dos per person (86 users). However:
      • Only two To-Dos were assigned for the same person at 2:05 PM, after the campaign target was identified at 1:51 PM.
      • Two more To-Dos for a different person were assigned at 3:05 PM. This person was also identified as a campaign target at 1:51 PM.
      • 166 additional To-Dos assigned at 5:05 PM also having campaign targets which were identified at 1:51 PM.
  • Questions:

    1. What specific scheduled jobs run from clicking Publish in a campaign to assigning the To-Dos, and in what order?
    2. Is there a way to verify if these jobs executed successfully or view scheduled job history?
    3. If I need To-Dos assigned quicker, can the jobs be executed in a particular order to speed up assignment?

Any insights or documentation links would be greatly appreciated!
