Collect Employee Input Task Type - View Responses Issue

Hello, I saw in the Yokohama release notes that agents would have the ability to view survey responses within an HR Task of the Collect Employee Input type. We've set this up as it would be a great feature for our org to use, but it does not seem to be functioning. When clicking View Responses from the task after the survey is completed, the agent receives "You are not authorized or the record is not valid." The HR Template is set up correctly, the survey is published. The results can be viewed just fine in the regular surveys application. What are we missing?
