Compose email attachements

Hi All,

A user has sent a attachment via compose mail and from servicenow , Fromlogs it is showing the attachment has been sent. Attachment size is within the limit of outbound email property size. But in their outlook the attachment is not received but the content of the mail is received.

 

Please help me on this and thanks in advance

If you have verified that the attachment has been sent, then the cause is not within the ServiceNow instance, but rather in the customer's email infrastructure. Many organizations have spam filters in place that can remove suspicious attachments. Get in touch with the email infrastructure team of the recipient's organization.
